Our chefs will provide you with all natural, delicious vegan & vegetarian cuisine. Includes ALL MEALS - two vegetarian/vegan breakfasts, one vegetarian/vegan lunch on Saturday, and two vegetarian/vegan dinners. Beverages will include Juice at breakfast, Chai Tea, Herbal Teas, and infused Spa Water. Our Spa Drinking Water will be filtered fresh water from the grounds of Mandala Springs that will be crystal gem charged and infused with refreshing organic Fruit & Mint and/or organic Cucumber & Mint from our garden.

Swami Bodhayan Maharaj – bhakti-yoga wisdom classes
Mandala Springs is honored to host Bodhayan Swami as our very special guest for this Wellness Weekend retreat. Bodhayan Swami is in the US on tour for a very short time from Mayapur India, so don't miss this opportunity to connect with him in person. Throughout the weekend he will be sharing with us deep spiritual insights and inspiration from the ancient Bhakti Yoga Tradition – as it comes down to us from India, the home of all Vedic culture and Yoga wisdom. He is a Vedic priest who will offer us a profound spiritual healing and transformation experience through his scheduled bhakti wisdom talks that are suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
Bodhayan Swami is the revered author of three books published by Mandala Publishing. His teaching and speaking engagements have taken him to numerous countries and cities for over two decades. He is an inspiration for thousands of people throughout the world. Formally known as Tridandi Swami Srila Bhakti Bibudha Bodhayan Maharaj, he is the current President and Spiritual Master/Guru/Acharya Of Sri Gopinath Gaudiya Math, a beautiful temple in Mayapur India.
Karnamrita dasi - devotional music & kirtan singer
Classically trained as a vocalist in India for nearly a decade and immersed in kirtan (devotional music) since birth, Karnamrita Dasi is one of the world’s leading kirtan singers as well as the first female Westerner to be classically trained in this sacred art. Throughout her career she performs and teaches at venues worldwide, from yoga retreat centers, to music festivals like BhaktiFest, to the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C, and many more. She has won numerous awards including Best Album of the Year and Best Song of the Year for her acclaimed album “DASI: Prayers by Women.”
Michael Hathaway – devotional music & kirtan singer
Michael discovered his musicality and voice through the practice of devotional chanting and has made it a consistent personal practice since he was introduced to daily chanting at the Sivananda ashram in the Bahamas in the late 90's. Living in NYC at the time, he was delighted to discover the kirtan community, and took every opportunity to sit with the likes of Jai Uttal, Krishna das, Bhagavan Das, Shyamdas, and others. He feels grateful and blessed to be able to share his practice and medicine with others by leading kirtan – to have the opportunity to create an uplifting communal experience of group prayer. His songs are traditional Sanskrit mantras set to his original music. He can be found leading kirtan at yoga studios, festivals, conscious gatherings, and singing with his harmonium for yoga classes in the Los Angeles area. His newest album which was just recently released is called ‘Offering’
Radhika dasi - devotional music & kirtan singer
Radhika is devotional singer, performing artist and teacher of Bhakti yoga, that has dedicated her life to archiving, learning and serving the traditional song heritage of India. Being raised in a Bhakti lineage - Radhika spent most of her childhood in temples - where Kirtan and mantra yoga were a part of everyday life. In 2014 she moved to India to study the devotional arts full time. Her eclectic study of Indian classical raga, Bengali Kirtan, Odissi Sangeet, and Braj Folk music have given her a unique way of expressing both the longing and celebration within the realm of the heart. Radhika is currently continuing her study of music under the tutelage of Guru Binod Panda. She travels internationally to share music and Bhakti philosophy and has curated classes, workshops and immersive experiences with students across the global for over a decade.
Eostar & Mathias – live sacred music
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Eostar and Mathias have been submersed in the tribal, conscious and medicine music subculture collectively for over three decades. Hungarian born Eostar Kamala channels deep lyrics and original songs from the mystical muse. Mathias delivers masterful transcendental guitar improvisations that take the listener on an inward journey. Eostar and Mathias’s voices and guitars blend together with a refined sound of unity. Together, “Eostar and Mathias“ have been known to induce both deep trance and/or ecstatic dance bliss states. Audiences depart with hearts wide open and connected to the higher source within.
Ana Jones – sound healing meditation and guided journey facilitator
Ana is an internationally known Interfaith Minister who has been developing her depth of expertise in the fields of Holistic Healing, Energy Medicine, Intuition, and Spirituality for over four decades. She is a gifted modern mystic who practices and teaches diverse methods of healing and meditation, including yogic meditation practices. Ana has traveled extensively on healing tours, leading retreats to sacred sites, and teaching a myriad of in-person and online classes, workshops, and webinars for audiences throughout the world. She is a published author, host of The Celestial Voice podcast on iTunes, a trained vocalist, and the recording artist of hundreds of audio classes and guided meditations. Her greatest outreach is through her work on social media where she hosts several different professional Facebook pages through which her inspirational posts reach over half of a million people weekly. Ana serves on the Board of Advisors for Mandala Springs.
Vyasadeva – devotional music and kirtan singer
Vyasadeva is a facilitator of healing practices that specialize in optimizing spiritual, physical, and emotional wellbeing using the curation of sacred sounds. As a music producer from the Bay area, Vyasadeva is inspired to create harmonic opportunities for community connection through weaving the medicine of music. He has offered his distinctive DJ sets at multiple intentional gatherings like Enchanted Forrest, Mystic Rising, and Serenity Gathering. He serves the healing of others by creating rhythmic restorative opportunities that support others by tuning into higher vibrational states of connection, authentic expression, and deep-centered presence. Vyasadeva was raised in a lineage endowed with the notable Vedic traditions of spiritual practice, chanting, mantra meditation, and Kirtan have been a part of his life for as long as he can remember. He is the founder of the Shakti Mala wellness retreats held at Mandala Springs, and he is an integral part of serving the retreat center, managing many of its projects.
Ishan Thakur Das
Ishan has been singing and performing kirtan since he was a young child. He traveled extensively, visiting more than 30 countries performing kirtan, and sharing the deep philosophy of India. He plays the Mridanga drum and sometimes the harmonium along with his singing and chanting in both meditative styles and lively dance style of kirtan.
Brookelle O’Riley – vinyasa yoga classes
Brookelle is a devote yoga practitioner, student, and teacher. She is passionate about facilitating yoga classes that are accessible, relatable, and true to the purpose of yoga beyond the physical form- the yolking (unionizing) of the body and mind to reveal the spirit inside. She enjoys providing a riveting experience using pranayama (breath), asana (posture), and dhyana (meditation) to help people to move beyond the troubles of the mind and into the liberation of the body. Brookelle takes a unique approach to her classes, drawing upon the traditional teachings of Hatha yoga (alignment focused) and Vinyasa (flow focused) she merges the two seamlessly and also offers other complementary somatic practices based upon the unique needs of the group. Overall she strives to create a class that is both relaxing yet invigorating, soothing yet liberating for total mind, body, and spiritual alignment.

Brookelle O’Riley (left)
Brookelle is a bodywork practitioner offering healing sessions beyond where structure meets form for total postural, structural, AND energetic alignment. She draws upon the wellsprings of wisdom in both eastern spiritual practice and western rigor to provide comprehensive treatment for body, spirit, and mind. Receiving her training at Alexandars School of Natural Therapeutics she has been steeped in the multidisciplinary approach to helping others heal since day one. She uses ancient Chinese healing modalities like cupping (using suction to relieve pain by creating flow and spaciousness in the body) and Gua Sha (using friction to encourage the flow of life force energy, Qi). Additionally, she has received training in relaxing rhythmic Swedish massage, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy, Myofascial, and Trigger Point Release work. She has since expanded her offerings by learning Zen Bodytherapy, a subbranch of Rolfing. She interweaves principles of pranic healing with breathwork and mindfulness as well as incorporates the inner workings of the Meridian energy systems, Yogic wisdom, and Ayurvedic concepts for health. Ultimately it is her goal to help individuals out of protective pain patterns and into more liberated, expansive spaces of peace and ease for total wellbeing.

Diana Lerwich (right)
Diana Lerwick, CMT, LMT has had a longtime interest in many facets of the healing arts. Diana received her massage training from the National Holistic Institute where she gained a wide range of practical skills in Eastern and Western Modalities. As a massage therapist, Diana is licensed in California and New Mexico where she recently moved back to the Bay Area. She returned to continue her training in Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy studying with Gary Peterson of the Star Institute. She has also taken many workshops at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur and will be returning there again soon to study with Karen Axelrod, CST. Whether a client is in need of deep nourishing relaxation or pain relief from injuries or trauma, Diana helps meet them where they are with presence, weaving supportive techniques to facilitate their healing journey.

Mandala Springs is located in Cobb, CA just 2 hours north of San Francisco, 1.5 hours from Sacramento, and only 1 hour from Santa Rosa or Ukiah.
We have over 3 miles of hiking trails on our 200-acre property with plenty of outdoor meditation platforms including our very popular sunrise platform with its outdoor gong & prayer tree. Along our trails, you will find a small black obsidian (bottle rock) labyrinth for one-person meditations, and diverse flora and fauna. On our grounds be sure to meander through our organic vegetable & herb garden, on your way to one of our many spaces to relax, restore, and wade in the water along our year-round, freshwater spring-fed streams.
All Wellness Weekend guests are welcome to use the following retreat center amenities which include: an outdoor heated saltwater pool, outdoor hot tub, a pond with paddleboats, paddleboards, bikes, a playground for kids, and mini-golf. When you arrive to check-in at our main office be sure to take some time to explore and browse our amazing bookstore boutique, as the center is affiliated with the award-winning MandalaEarth Publishing company.

Mandala Springs is a vegetarian/vegan facility that is alcohol, drug and substance free. All participants are asked adhere to these policies and refrain while onsite.
Our Cancellation Policy: Your Weekend Pass, Day Pass, and/or Accommodations Booking is fully refundable if you cancel by phone or email by no later than 7 days prior to the event. Any cancellations after that date are non-refundable but transferable if you wish to transfer them into someone else's name. Spa Passes are 100% refundable if cancelled with 24 hours notice prior to your appointment, and only $30 is refunded if cancelled after that. If you test positive for Covid-19 and you are after the cancellation deadlines please stay home, take good care of yourself and email us something that verifies your positive covid test. We will then call you to make arrangements to get your accommodations rescheduled or a full credit you can use to visit and stay at Mandala Springs on other future dates of your choosing.
COVID-19 SAFETY: Many of our scheduled events and meals will be held outdoors during our Wellness Weekend but some classes and our optional spa services will be held indoors. At the time of planning for this event masks are not mandated in Lake County, CA. Our covid and mask policy during this event will be based on local, state and CDC guidelines at the time of the retreat. If you are not feeling well please test yourself for covid and stay home to recover. If your test is positive, see our cancellation policy above.
